Vitamins for acne consists of various vitamins. And vitamins not only needed by acne treatment but also needed for other body health. Vitamin is one component of nutrition is very important that our bodies need help to expedite the process of metabolism in our body. Network of our skin also needs vitamin nutrients in this case, as a defense against bacteria and microbes cause of acne. So that the vitamins for acne is something very important. Here are some vitamins that are needed to deal with acne:

Vitamin A
In addition to working to nourish our eyes, vitamin A is also capable of maintaining and repairing skin tissue and prevents acne formation by reducing sebum production. Vitamin A also contains powerful antioxidants to help relieve feelings of anxiety or stress, because stress is one of the factors triggering acne.
 
Vitamin B
Vitamin B is composed of (B1), (B2), (B5), (B6), B (12), each having a specific function in helping the growth of skin as a whole in addition to other roles as cellular metabolism.
 
Vitamin C
This vitamin is formed from ascorbic acid and one of those antioxidants that can neutralize free radicals throughout our bodies. Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is more famous for its role in maintaining and strengthening immunity against infection, keeping the structure of collagen, a protein that connects all fiber network, skin, tendons, cartilage, and other tissues in the human body. Collagen structure which may either heal wounds, broken bones, bruises, minor bleeding and minor injuries. Included in acne, acne scars will be healed if consume vitamin C.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant involved in many body processes and operate as natural antioxidants that help protect cell structures that are important especially cell membranes from damage due to free radicals. Vitamin E is also able to protect red blood cells that transports oxygen to all body tissues from damage.

From the above description can be concluded, that each vitamins has the ability to maintain metabolism and immune system of our body from various diseases. Now, if all the vitamins we consume with a certain dose levels or the function will be optimal for the health of our bodies, but if too much, not good, too, would be toxic vitamins in our bodies. If our bodies are healthy, then it is unlikely bacteria will attack, including for acne vulgaris.
